I established three founding principles: desire, commit, achieve.
I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong, both physically and mentally. I realize how being overweight or out of shape affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of physical fitness.
I’m a NPTI certified personal trainer with 100 hours of basic Nutrition training. I’m an OCB Professional Natural Physique Bodybuilder.
My training philosophy is centered around well rounded functional training that incorporates Weight lifting, Cardio, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Martial Arts, and Kickboxing. I like to say that I’m not a personal trainer or a coach, but that I am a body transformation specialist with a passion for transforming the mind and bodies of each client I have the opportunity to work with.
